מנהיגות מצמיחה – יום למידה והשראה למנהלים בתחילת הדרך
מהלך "השקפה" צועד את צעדיו בעיר אשדוד זו השנה השביעית. בשנת הלימודים הנוכחית השתתפו במהלך 18 בתי ספר: 8 בתי הספר בחינוך היסודי 10 בתי הספר בחינוך העל יסודי 1 בחינוך המיוחד

השקפה
40 קהילות לומדות קיימו את הלמידה בקהילות, חקרו את הפרקטיקה וקידמו את תהליכי הוראה/למידה/הערכה.
סיכום שנה
רוב המורות המובילות לקחו חלק בהכשרה היעודית ובמפגשי האשכול העירוניים. גם השנה בבתי הספר העל יסודיים קהילות מיומנויות הובילו תהליך ליישום עקרונות ההוראה על פי מיומנויות והצביעו על שינוי בתפיסה.
הערכה כמצפן פדגוגי
במציאות החינוכית הטכנולוגית המתקדמת, הערכה מדויקת ומשמעותית היא לא רק כלי אלא מנוע צמיחה פדגוגי רב-עצמה. בשנה החולפת, הובלנו תהליכי פיתוח מקצועי הממזגים בין מתודולוגיות בסיסיות לחידושים טכנולוגיים, כולל היבטים מתקדמים של בינה מלאכותית בשירות ההערכה. העמקנו בחקר נתונים ובניית מודלים מותאמים לסביבות חינוכיות מגוונות.

בהשתלמות הוואטצפ המחנכות עברו תהליך עומק ולמידה הקורה במרחב הדיגטלי. בוואטצפ. השיח, למידת העמיתים והחוויה של השיתוף בזמינות דיגיטלית איפשרה למשתלמות להתרחב ולהתפתח והשיקוף שלהן וההדהוד מרתק ומזמין המשך עשיה ויצירה בנושא הקשיבות לשטח והחיבור לצרכים יצר מענה מדויק עבורן!

התרגשנו לארח את מנהלת מחוז דרום, מירי נבון, יחד עם צוות המחוז במוסדות החינוך בעיר. לאחר שיחה אישית עם ראש העיר ד"ר יחיאל לסרי, נפגשה מנהלת המחוז עם כל בעלי התפקידים במנהל החינוך העירוני, בראשות יהודית ביטון, לשיחה על החזון החינוכי ועל הרצף הפדגוגי מהגן ועד התיכון.

מהלך "השקפה" צועד את צעדיו בעיר אשדוד זו השנה השביעית. בשנת הלימודים הנוכחית השתתפו במהלך 18 בתי ספר: 8 בתי הספר בחינוך היסודי 10 בתי הספר בחינוך העל יסודי 1 בחינוך המיוחד

40 קהילות לומדות קיימו את הלמידה בקהילות, חקרו את הפרקטיקה וקידמו את תהליכי הוראה/למידה/הערכה.
סיכום שנה
רוב המורות המובילות לקחו חלק בהכשרה היעודית ובמפגשי האשכול העירוניים. גם השנה בבתי הספר העל יסודיים קהילות מיומנויות הובילו תהליך ליישום עקרונות ההוראה על פי מיומנויות והצביעו על שינוי בתפיסה.

במציאות החינוכית הטכנולוגית המתקדמת, הערכה מדויקת ומשמעותית היא לא רק כלי אלא מנוע צמיחה פדגוגי רב-עצמה. בשנה החולפת, הובלנו תהליכי פיתוח מקצועי הממזגים בין מתודולוגיות בסיסיות לחידושים טכנולוגיים, כולל היבטים מתקדמים של בינה מלאכותית בשירות ההערכה. העמקנו בחקר נתונים ובניית מודלים מותאמים לסביבות חינוכיות מגוונות.

התרגשנו לארח את מנהלת מחוז דרום, מירי נבון, יחד עם צוות המחוז במוסדות החינוך בעיר. לאחר שיחה אישית עם ראש העיר ד"ר יחיאל לסרי, נפגשה מנהלת המחוז עם כל בעלי התפקידים במנהל החינוך העירוני, בראשות יהודית ביטון, לשיחה על החזון החינוכי ועל הרצף הפדגוגי מהגן ועד התיכון.
