Art in the Garden
Dina, Ray, and Flora are in Flora's garden. They are doing arts and crafts together. Dina is painting a picture. She is using blue paint. “Look at my painting,” Dina says. “What do you think?” Ray looks at it and smiles. “It’s great! I think it's much better than mine.”
Ray is making a card with paper and ribbon. He is cutting the ribbon with his scissors. “This card is for my aunt,” he says. “Her birthday is on Sunday.” Flora looks and says, “Oh! That card is beautiful. Flora sees another card on the ground. "Is this card yours, too?" “No, it isn't mine. I think Dina made it. Yes, it's hers,” Ray replies.
Happy Birthday!

Flora and Dina are drawing on the ground with chalk. They are drawing different animals. Flora is drawing a cat and Dina is drawing a lion. "Wow, Flora! Our animals look great!" Dina says. “They really do! But, I like yours the best." Flora replies.
Now, they are all using string and beads to make bracelets. Dina is holding her string carefully. Ray is helping Flora with her bracelet. “Our bracelets are amazing! We can wear them to school on Monday,” says Ray. Flora nods. “Yes! What a fantastic idea, Ray!
They are smiling and laughing. “Look at all the crafts!” says Dina. “Which ones are mine?” “All of those over there,” says Ray. “The pink card and the bracelet with butterfly beads are yours.” "Ah, yes! You're right! What a great day to do art with friends," Dina says.
