How to Sign into the
KC Portal
Learn everything you need to know to sign into the Kettering College Student Portal right -- the first time!

I'm signing in on a KHN Network computer
Before you can sign into the KC portal, you need to be signed into your device. Unless you're using a personal device, that means using your KCS#! Select the type of device you're signing in on from the list and follow the instructions.

I'm on a KH Employee or KC Campus Computer
The process for signing into The Portal can look different depending on your device and Wi-Fi network. When you're off campus, you may need to use Microsoft Authenticator. If you haven't set that up yet, click the button below to view the tutorial.
I'm on a Personal Computer/device
+ Set Up Microsoft Authenticator (SSO)
Sign-in Using a Personal Device
Step 1: Start by typing the Portal URL (kmoportal.jenzabarcloud.com) into your Private Browser Window.
Step 2: Enter your KCS# in the Username box at the top right and click Continue.

Step 3: When prompted, sign into your KC Microsoft account using your whole KCS#@ketteringhealth.org address and password. Note: if you're on a KHN or KC Wi-Fi network, this is the last step!
Step 4: Follow the authentication instructions on the screen for using the Authenticator app or a text message to your phone.
If you haven't set up Microsoft Authenticator yet, close this box and click the button on the main page.
Sign into your personal device the way you always do, then open a Private Browser Window.
What is a Private Browser Window and why do I need to use one?
On a Computer
On a Mobile Device
Windows/Linux/Chrome OS: Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + N or open the 3-dot/3-line menu in the browser and look for the Private or Incognito option. Mac OS: Use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + N or File > New Private Window menu option.
iPhone: Open Safari, tap the tab icon (two overlapping squares), then tap "Private".
Android (Google Chrome): Open Chrome, tap the three dots (More), then select "New Incognito tab".
Android (other browsers): Similar to Chrome, but the icon/location might vary. Some browsers have a specific "Private" or "Secret" mode.
Sign Into the Portal on a KH Employee or KC Campus Device
Step 1: Start by typing the Portal URL (kmoportal.jenzabarcloud.com) into your Web Browser (e.g. Chrome or Edge).
Step 2: Enter your KCS# in the Username box at the top right and click Continue.

You should be taken to the Portal automatically.
Log into your KC Campus Device with your KCS#.
Step 1: Make sure the device is completely signed out. Step 2: Select "other user" if necessary. Step 3: Enter your Kettering College KCS# (e.g. KCS1234567) and password.
In order to access the Kettering College portal, you must sign into your KC Campus DEVICE -- not just the portal website -- using your Kettering College credentials.

If you don't sign into the device with your KCS# and password, you will not be able to access the portal!
