Workspace owners can now add themselves as asset owners (e.g., board or doc owners) to any asset within their workspace, except for private assets to which they are not subscribed. This allows them to archive, delete, move the asset, or change its privacy type (e.g., from main to private). Admins on Enterprise accounts only now have an account-level permission to disable this capability. The permission on by default: This means that admins must disable this permission to prevent workspace owners from controlling assets in their workspaces.
