The Relationship Of Math And Emotional Balance

What is Equilibrium? As we know, when we try to balance something, like a swing or a scale, we have to make sure that both sides have the same weight or force so that it doesn't tip to one side or the other. The same is true and about our emotions.If we have too much or too little of the various emotions, we can feel imbalanced. How Can Mathematics Help? Mathematics helps us to understand and measure things, and this is very useful for finding the balance of our emotions.
