CC1314R10 SimpleLink™ Wireless MCUs

High-performance, low-power MCUs designed for enhanced security and on-chip over-the-air update capability

Texas Instruments’ CC1314R10 SimpleLink™ Wireless MCUs are high-performance, low-power microcontrollers designed for secure, long-lifetime wireless communication in industrial and commercial applications. Featuring a 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone®, 1MB flash, and ultra-low leakage SRAM, they support multiple wireless standards including IEEE 802.15.4, Wi-SUN®, Amazon Sidewalk, and more. Built for reliability, they offer low soft error rates and on-chip over-the-air updates, making them ideal for systems like smart meters, HVAC, fire safety, factory automation, and medical devices. These MCUs also integrate a low-power sensor controller and operate across wide voltage and temperature ranges, with package options supporting up to 46 GPIOs.
