Linking RELIGION and spirituality in the care environment

If we imagine that the small blue circle represents religion and the small orange circle represents spirituality, how do you articulate these two concepts for yourself or in your work context?

Are these two concepts separate, with no direct link between them? Do they overlap? Is one bigger than the other? Is spirituality included in religion as a particular way of living one's religion? Is religion only part of what you call spirituality?

You can construct the configuration that suits you best. You can also compare it with other people's views and explain your choice.
