Once you have contacted the guest, utilize the assignment section, select the appropriate status, and save.
This identifies the warning code that triggered the Service Connect Alert
Each Service Connect Alert is triggered by a specific warning code generated by the vehicle. The description of the alert will be visible in the MID of the guest's vehicle. Best practice is to utilize the warning breakdown sheet to explain the alert to the guest.
