Artistes majeurs
- Claude Monet (Nymphéas, La Gare Saint-Lazare)
- Pierre-Auguste Renoir (Le Bal du moulin de la Galette)
- Edgar Degas (Danseuses, L’Absinthe)
- Camille Pissarro (Boulevard Montmartre)
Artistes majeurs
- Vincent Van Gogh (La Nuit étoilée, Les Tournesols)

Objectives
We are visual beings
We are able to understand images from millions of years ago, even from other cultures.
We better understand visual content. This type of content is associated with cognitive and psychological mechanisms. Things enter through the eyes, the first image is what matters. We associate visual contentwith emotions.
Narrative beings
We teach through stories. They entertain us and help us maintain focus.
Our brain is prepared to consume visual content. And it makes sense: 90% of the information we process comes through our sight. That's why visual content helps facilitate faster learning in many cases.
Social beings
We need to interact with each other. We learn collaboratively.
Digital beings
We avoid being part of the content saturation in the digital world.

Show enthusiasm, smile, and maintain eye contact with your class: this will help you 'spread' your motivation for the content and approach new knowledge in a more positive way. They won't want to stop learning!
You can develop the content in more detail through your oral presentation. We recommend that you practice your voice and rehearse: the best improvisation is always the most prepared!
You can create an outline to summarize the content and use words that help consolidate students' mental structures. Numbered ideas are much more memorable than bullet lists.

Interactivity and animation can be your best allies when it comes to creating tables, infographics, or graphics that help provide context to the topic or unit, as well as simplify the information to make it more understandable. We are visual beings and find it easier to 'read' images than to read written text.
Implement Visual Thinking in the classroom with Genially: organize information and knowledge in a much easier and visual way through images, graphics, infographics, and simple drawings. That's the way!

Include infographics in your creations
To include references, we recommend that you use the APA Style Guide. According to these guidelines, each entry should include four basic elements: the author, publication date, title of the work, and source for retrieval.
Visual communication is a key tool to improve the teaching and learning process. It is easier for us to 'read' images than to read written text. That is why it is beneficial to create content for your classes that includes data within tables or graphs. Disciplines like Visual Thinking facilitate learning through the use of images, graphs, infographics, and simple drawings.
