Contruye, crecer no es lineal es un curso que busca generar en los actores educativos capacidades y competencias autorreflexivas, cognitivas, tecnológicas y buenas prácticas que les permita acompañar procesos de construcción de Proyectos de Vida (PDV) y de Orientación Vocacional Profesional (OVP); con el fin de que el grupo de estudiantes adquieran herramientas útiles en mira a fortalecer sus conocimientos, activar la creatividad, motivación, para así poder construir sus Proyectos de Vida con autonomía y que promuevan la reflexión en torno a temáticas preventivas de distintos tipos de problemáticas psicosociales.

Colectivamente, apoyando a adolescentes a prosperar busca formar a docentes, inspectores y profesionales DECE en un conjunto de estrategias e instrumentos para promover y proteger la salud mental de adolescentes y reducir conductas autolesivas y comportamientos de riesgo. Partiendo de prácticas reflexivas propias acerca de esta temática y el uso de los instrumentos Helping Adolescents Thrive (HAT) siglas en inglés, que les permitan asimilar los conceptos relacionados, fortalecer las habilidades socioemocionales de adolescentes, y generar herramientas para la gestión de emociones y la construcción de relaciones positivas. Así se podrá fortalecer e institucionalizar la Política de Prevención de Riesgos Psicosociales que desarrolló el MINEDUC en el 2022 y que está relacionado con la salud mental.

Restaura, para una convivencia segura y respetuosa busca fortalecer las capacidades de profesionales que integran los equipos directivos, docentes y DECE en el conocimiento, uso y transferencia de las prácticas restaurativas y del enfoque restaurativo aplicados en el ámbito educativo para promover una cultura restaurativa en las Instituciones Educativas (IE), haciendo uso de herramientas que promueven la toma de conciencia sobre el rol y responsabilidad de cada integrante de la comunidad educativa en el proceso de espacios libres de violencia y la construcción de ambientes armónicos. De esta manera, este curso busca que la comunidad educativa conozca sobre prácticas restaurativas en el ámbito educativo de manera eficiente y articulada con el currículo nacional.

Fue creado para abordar las brechas en el conocimiento sobre el cambio ambiental global. El IAI tiene 19 países de las Américas que se reúnen una vez al año como una Conferencia de las Partes para monitorear y dirigir las actividades del IAI. - Curso de capacitación en movilidad humana, normativa primaria y secundaria para el proceso de regularización migratoria instalado en la plataforma del Ministerio del Interior, cuyo objetivo era capacitar sobre la Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana y su reglamento para entender el proceso de regularización migratoria de personas en situación de movilidad humana.

Estuve a cargo en la construcción, gestión y monitoreo de proyectos de educomunicación como: “Multimediando”, en cooperación con UNESCO; “El equipo invencible”, en cooperación con Nestlé, “Mujeres con voz propia” y el "III coloquio mujeres, feminismo y arte popular".
Sensibilízate es una experiencia educativa en la que invitamos a docentes y funcionarios del Ministerio de Educación de todo el país a ser parte de un proceso para reflexionar acerca de la importancia de la inclusión de estudiantes en situación de vulnerabilidad al Sistema Educativo Nacional.
