Striven UI/UX Designer & Developer
We're looking for a driven and imaginative UI/UX Developer to join our Striven team. If you're passionate about bringing designs to life through clean, efficient code and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. Striven ERP is our all-in-one business solution. It incorporates a suite of business tools- CRM, Accounting, Operations and Human Resources tools that work together to help small and mediums sized businesses grow, simplify and reduce costs. Responsibilities
- Work on a project team to design/develop a cloud-based responsive ERP system
- Design user experiences and the user journey
- Create mockups (UI) based on design and feature requirements, and create UX flow
- Translate UI/UX design mockups to actual code to produce visual elements for a responsive web application
- Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize design for maximum speed
- Organized

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as a professional UI/UX designer and developer.
Education
Traits
REQUIRED:- Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap).
- Experience with UI prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate business logic into technical concepts.
Skills
PREFERRED:- Experience with CRM, HR, or ERP web applications and certified expertise in UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop).
- Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) and strong Git version control skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and creative problem-solving in design and development.
