Oh, no. You failed...

Then, in an instant, she grabbed Diego’s throat. He gasped, his feet lifting off the ground. His body convulsed. Blood ran down his neck as deep, black veins spread across his skin. His last breath came out as a choked scream. Then, he fell. Dead. Carlos and Laura screamed and ran. They reached the door, but it wouldn’t open. "You can’t leave…" the girl whispered behind them. Carlos grabbed a broken chair and smashed the window. He and Laura jumped through, cutting their arms on the glass. They didn’t stop running until they reached the road. Breathing heavily, Laura turned to look back. The house was gone. But Diego’s scream still echoed in the wind. And in the darkness, two black eyes were watching them.

The Cursed House Carlos, Laura, and Diego walked through the dark forest. The wind howled between the trees, making strange whispers. Suddenly, an old house appeared in front of them. The wood was black, rotten, as if it had burned long ago. "Look at that house," Diego murmured. "They say a girl died there… but they never found her body." Laura shivered. "We shouldn’t go in…" she whispered. But Carlos smiled. "Are you scared?" he mocked. "Come on, let’s take a quick look." The door was slightly open. When they pushed it, it creaked loudly. Inside, the air was cold, almost frozen. The walls were covered in scratches, like someone had tried to escape. Then, a soft voice whispered: "Help me…"

The three froze. "What… was that?" Laura asked, her voice trembling. "Probably just the wind," Carlos said, but his face was pale. Suddenly, the door slammed shut behind them. The windows shattered. The house trembled. And then, they heard it. Footsteps. Slow, heavy, coming from the stairs. A girl in a white dress appeared. Her face was hidden by long, black hair. She lifted her head. Her eyes were dark holes, her mouth stretched in an unnatural smile. "You shouldn’t be here," she whispered. Carlos grabbed Laura’s hand. "Run!" he shouted. They turned, but Diego didn’t move. He was staring at the girl, his body frozen. "Diego, let’s go!" Laura screamed. But Diego didn’t react. His eyes were wide, his lips trembling. The girl laughed.
