My Action projet "Les Paniers Solidaires"
"I chose this project because I volunteered last year and loved helping students while feeling useful. With two of my friends, we came up with ideas to improve the project, such as adding more hygiene products and creating a warmer, more welcoming event with music and games."

"Les Paniers Solidaires" is an action project for 3rd-year ISARA students. For this 5th edition, we are a team of three students (Perrine, Charlotte, and me). The goal is to support 1,500 students in Lyon facing financial difficulties by distributing food and hygiene products. Each student receives two baskets: one with fruits and vegetables and another with non-perishable goods. The new additions this year are hygiene products like toothpaste and soap. To gather all these products, we rely on support from various companies, funding from Crédit Agricole, and assistance from Terra ISARA. When and where is it happening? The distribution took place on March 20, and the day before, we received all the products to assemble the baskets. During both the preparation and distribution, we were helped by 117 volunteer students from Isara..
For the project, we needed 3 specific roles, I was in charge of the organization and the secretariat; for example, I wrote some meeting summaries and did an Excel to organize all volunteers into specific hours. Perrine was in charge of the communication and Charlotte of the prospection. In reality, we work together and do all these different roles. This project was long because it was a huge project. Indeed, we started to work in September for the end before the 20th March with communication and feedback in the event, thank the companies and all people who help us. We started by speaking with our predecessors to have all the feedback and important pieces of information. After, we had a lot of different tasks like calling companies to have some products. We also had a lot of meetings to know our advancement and did a link between the various people involved in the project.
