signed version of documents

The signed version of the contract is automatically added to the Signed contract(s) field in the Files section, in the Contract key information divider. The original version of the contract, not signed, is still in the Final version field. The status of the contract form is automatically set to Signed.

You can also find the signed version of the contract in the Documents tab, in the Signed contract(s) folder which is linked to the field with the same name in the contract form.

In the Documents tab

The timestamp document is in the Documents tab, in E-sign process monitoring. The file is named certificate.pdf.
