introduction

Ce rapport présente mon expérience de stage au sein de l'entreprise smyth toys, un magasin spécialisé dans les jouets. Réalisé du 2 décembre au 21 décembre 2024, ce stage avait pour principal objectif de me familiariser avec les différentes facettes de la gestion d'un magasin, allant de la mise en rayon au click and collect, en passant par le conseil client. Durant cette période, j'ai eu l'opportunité de collaborer avec une équipe passionnée et d'acquérir des compétences pratiques en commerce , en vente et en marketing. Ce rapport est structuré de manière à détailler les missions qui m'ont été confiées, les méthodes et outils utilisés, les résultats obtenus ainsi que les difficultés rencontrées et les solutions apportées.
