L’objectif principal de cette veille était d’analyser les événements organisés par d’autres agences d’intérim à Angers, afin d’évaluer leurs pratiques et de comprendre ce qui fonctionne en termes de fidélisation des intérimaires. Cette veille a également permis d’identifier les attentes des intérimaires vis-à-vis de ce type d’événement, de connaître les meilleures pratiques à suivre et de proposer des solutions adaptées. Un autre objectif de la veille était d’évaluer les risques et les contraintes liés à l’organisation de l’événement et de trouver des moyens d’y faire face efficacement.

Lors de mon stage chez Métier Intérim Angers, une agence spécialisée dans les métiers du bâtiment et de l’industrie, j’ai été chargé d’organiser un pot de convivialité pour les intérimaires de l’agence. Ce projet visait à renforcer les liens avec les intérimaires, créer une ambiance conviviale et favoriser leur fidélisation, un enjeu clé dans le secteur de l’intérim. Pour mener à bien ce projet, il était nécessaire de réaliser une veille concurrentielle afin d’observer les pratiques des autres agences d’intérim et de s’inspirer de celles-ci pour proposer un événement adapté aux attentes des intérimaires.
