All Potential Security Concerns should be referred to InfoSec for investigation.

Email infosec@cargurus.com to report suspicious activity or potential security concerns.

All Lost or Stolen Device (Laptop/Mobile): Action: Report immediately via email to lostdevice@cargurus.com.

What to do if you...

Unauthorized Data Access or Exposure: Action: Report accidental external shares, data leaks, or suspicious access to InfoSec right away.

Unusual Computer Behavior (Anomalies): Action: Report sudden slowdowns, unexplained mouse movement, or flashing screen errors to IT/InfoSec for troubleshooting.

For other issues open a ticket using the CarGurus Service Portal - InfoSec found in Okta or email infosec@cargurus.

Suspicious Onsite Activity (Physical Security): Action: Report unfamiliar people, unbadged access, or any physical security concern to FREO and InfoSec.

Proactive App Design Review: Action: Engage the Application Security Team for a vulnerability review before launching new features or designs.

Reporting phishing messages is easier than ever.

Send an email to phishing@cargurus.com and tell us what happened.
