Step one: Download the app
Download the LTA Courtside app for free in the App Store / Play Store. Already downloaded the app? Make sure you have the most up-to-date version when attending your event. Tap the buttons below to download:
Step two: Complete onboarding
Go through the app onboarding and learn more about the features available. Check 'allow notifications' to stay updated on:
- News
- Rain delays
- Schedule changes
- Order of play
- Match updates
- And more...
Step three: Log in to your account
Head to the 'Tickets' tab and log in using your LTA Advantage account details to view your tickets.Don't have an Advantage account? Join for free by tapping 'Create an Advantage account'. Make sure you set up your account with the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Step four: View your tickets
Once logged in, your tickets will appear in the app around a month before the event. Here you can find your ticket to scan on the day and transfer any other tickets to guests.Top tip We recommend everyone attending an LTA grass court season event should have their own ticket readily available on their phone.
Step five: Transfer a ticket
To transfer a ticket, simply choose the ticket you want to share and tap ‘Send ticket to a guest’. Enter their email address and select send. All they have to do is log in to their account or create an Advantage account using that email address, and accept the transfer.
Cancel a ticket transfer
If you need to cancel a ticket transfer – you can only do so before the recipient has accepted the ticket. On the pending ticket transfer screen, tap ‘Cancel transfer’ and the ticket will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
