2025 UX/UI Updates

Enhancements

Name Changes Not Syncing in RKS
Single(k) billing has been updated from Flat Fee to Headcount tiered.
  • If a plan name, individual participant name or company name was changed in Paradigm, the RKS was not syncing with the change and was displaying the old name
  • This bug has now been resolved and name changes are now syncing in the RKS to match Paradigm.
  • This enhancement will allow admins to communicate to sponsors that the annual fee will be automatically adjusted to the appropriate headcount tier when plan renews.

Upcoming 2025 UX/UI Changes

  • Sponsor - Report contribution page, Advisor Portal and TPA Portal
  • The page updates will be launched section by section
  • Each new section will be launched to our Decimal plan first, then launched to 20%, 50%, and then 100% of all plans over a week. This is to minimize incoming cases to CE if a component is broken.
  • If the new version of the pages is not working, we will have the ability to revert back to the old version of these pages. Check with your Supervisor for the SOP to request a revert back to the old version of the page..
