My Trip to Moyobamba (IN jUNE 2022)
When I was in Peru, I went to a trip to Moyobamba with my mother and my grandmother. We went there by plane and by car. First we went from Lima to Tarapoto because there isn´t an airport in Moyobamba. We took one hour to get to Tarapoto, then a friend of my grandmother took us with his car to our destination and in the 3 hour-trip we made stops to see some turistic actractions there like the Lamas Castle and a restaurant to eat typical food from there.
When we arrived to Moyobamba, we went to leave our luggage in the house of one of my grandmother´s friends. Then we went to all the turistic places of there, and we thought that we will stay 1 month there but NO! WE STAYED THER FOR 3 MONTHS! So it was a very long trip and there is a lot of things to tell and I made my virtual classes in the house where we let the luggage because the school schedule in Peru is from March to December.I´ve made a lot of things there like dirnk typical smoothies of the market of the place, go to typical parties, eat typical food, dance, go for walks to different places, eat ice creams of typical fruits of there, drink coconut water, go to a concert...
I loved that trip, it was SO SPECIAL FOR ME, because two reasons: It was my last trip with my grandmother alive. And I LOVED MOYOBAMBA SO MUCH because of the food, the happiness, the culture... And a little fun fact: My mom, my grandmother and my great-grandmother were born there in Moyobamba. THAT TRIP WAS AWESOME! I want to return there with my mother someday to remember the things that we enjoyed with my grandmother when she was alive.
