Book title: Jojo's Story Author: Antoinette Moses Pages: 48

Opinion:

Characters:

I think Jojo's Story is great and that it's very interesting. However, I think the plot revolves around a topic that's maybe too serious, which is why it can be not entertaining for people around my age. If you are interested in reading this type of genre, then I do recommend this book; otherwise, if you're looking for something fun and a bit more entertaining, I think you shouldn't read it.

- Jojo- Chris - Doctor Nicky - A friend of Jojo´s brother

Plot:

In a war, Jojo's village got destroyed and he was the only one left alive. Some soldiers found him and took him to the "Children's House" (an orphanage), and as they were driving there, Jojo got along with the journalist, Chris. In the Children's House, there were a lot of kids like Jojo; the Doctor, Nicky, along with others, took care of them, but Chris had to leave. That made Jojo sad. However, the fighting was getting nearer, and they were unsafe in the orphanage because of the bombs. In the end, a soldier approached Jojo and told him that he was his brother's friend. When Jojo told him that his brother had died in the war, the soldier got upset, and decided to take Jojo with him. He handled him a gun and they both left the orphanage to fight.
