- muscle weakness
Clostridium Botulinum
Clostridium botulinum forms spores that are often found in water and dirt. The spores can contaminate any food. This bacteria does not grow well in refrigerated or highly acidic food or in low moisture food, this bacteria grows in no oxygen areas and can produce a lethal toxin when food is in the time temperature danger zone for too long. Without treatment there is most likely death.
