Exercise 3 (Groups of 4): Shuttle passing drill: Passing the ball from one end to the other, following your pass to the back of the line. Exercise 4 (Pairs or small groups): Moving spin passes: Jogging side by side and passing the ball while moving.
Exercise 1 (In pairs): Standing facing each other, short-distance spin passes with both right and left hands. Exercise 2 (Trios): Triangle passing: 3 people passing the ball in a triangle, focusing on technique and distance.
