Calendly & Meeting Rules
You must check for a meeting agenda.
Meetings can only be scheduled 8 hours in advance.
Calendly schedules 3 calls maximum per day.
Support Specialists get 1 day off of Support meetings a week.
Support meetings are 15 minutes long.
This is a Support meeting rule, however, the meeting does not automatically end after 15 minutes. Please remind them at the 10 minute mark that there are 5 minutes left (if you have a hard cutoff at 15 minutes) and that you will follow up with another link to book if they need additional help. If 15 minutes is not long enough and you do not mind staying on, you can stay on for a maximum of 45 minutes (please do not exceed this time as we want to ensure the queue is not neglected).
