Severely affected by the 2023 earthquakes, Turkish schools were unable to participate in the 2023 project. As part of their resilience efforts, they joined the network last year and continue to represent the Asian continent.

As in 2024, schools in the city of Laval, Quebec, are joining the project, with the support of the Canopée collective, the Laval woods network. They thus represent Canada, and more broadly, the American continent. Planting will not take place until late April or early May, once the ground has thawed in Quebec.
