Your Core Value

Being loveable means people care about you and enjoy being around you.

You don’t need to do anything to earn love — it’s already yours!

I struggle with this.

I know I am LOVEABLE.

Example: Think about how much you care about a family member, a pet, or a friend. That’s how others feel about you!

What gets in the way of believing you are loveable and who can help you with this?
You are loveable and no one can take that away from you.

Loveable means you are special just the way you are.

Review what it means to be LOVEABLE. When you are ready, flip the card over read the questions provided . Is this something you strongly believe about yourself or something you struggle to believe?

  • Do you believe people care about you
just for being you?
  • Do you think you deserve to be loved, even when
you make mistakes?
  • Do you feel happy spending time with your
family or friends?
  • Do you think you are special just the way you are?
  • Do you know someone who loves you, no matter what?
  • Do you believe your ideas and thoughts matter?
  • Do you think what you do can make a difference for others?
  • Do you feel like people notice when you try your best?
  • Do you believe that being yourself is important?
  • Do you think the world needs someone just like you?

Example: When you help a friend or share a kind word, you’re showing how important you are.

Being important doesn’t mean you have to be the best at something —it means being yourself is enough!

What you say, think, and do can make a big difference.

I struggle with this.

I know I am IMPORTANT.

What gets in the way of believing you are important and who can help you with this?
You are important just by being you. There is nothing you can do to earn your importance.

Review what it means to be IMPORTANT. When you are ready, flip the card over read the questions provided . Is this something you strongly believe about yourself or something you struggle to believe?

Important means you matter to the world and to the people around you.

Example: When you share your ideas in class or make someone smile, you’re showing how valuable you are.

Being valuable means you bring something amazing to every group, family, or team you’re part of.

You have unique ideas, talents, and feelings that make the world a better place.

  • Do you feel like you bring something special to your family or friends?
  • Do you believe your talents and abilities make a difference?
  • Do you think your feelings and opinions are important?
  • Do you feel proud of the things you can do well?
  • Do you believe there is only one YOU in the whole world?

I struggle with this.

I know I am VALUABLE.

Valuable means you are like a treasure with unique talents and giftings.

What gets in the way of believing you are valuable and who can help you with this?
You have talents and giftings that make you unique - and that's valuable. There is nothing you can do to earn your importance.

Review what it means to be VALUABLE. When you are ready, flip the card over read the questions provided . Is this something you strongly believe about yourself or something you struggle to believe?

Being empowered means you know you can learn, grow, and keep going, no matter what!

It means you’re brave enough to try, even when something feels hard.

  • Do you believe you can learn to do new things, even if they’re hard?
  • Do you feel like you can make choices to help yourself and others?
  • Do you think you can keep going, even when something feels tough?
  • Do you believe you can stand up for yourself or someone else?

Example: When you try something new, like riding a bike or making A new friend, you’re being empowered.

Empowered means you believe you can do big and small things that make a difference.

I struggle with this.

I know I am EMPOWERED.

What gets in the way of believing you are empowered and who can help you with this?
You are always empowered to choose how you want to feel, think, and act.

Review what it means to be EMPOWERED. When you are ready, flip the card over read the questions provided . Is this something you strongly believe about yourself or something you struggle to believe?
