Happy Spring Old Colony Community,
Watching the crocus flowers blooming this time of year is a harbinger of the coming season. Spring is always a wonderful time of year for students. The sun shines longer and moods are generally lifted. The fields will be alive with our young athletes. We hope that you are able to take in one of our games. On the heels of the League, MAC, and Mass Voc championships that the Boys Basketball team secured, we have Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse teams chasing their league titles. We wish them all the best. The Drama Club is putting on Mamma Mia the first weekend of June. If you missed their Winter production of Northwoods Nonsense, I would plan on getting your tickets early for Mamma Mia. These young thespians bring energy and passion to every scene. The NASA Hunch team will be heading to Houston Texas to compete as they develop delicious nutritional specific food items for the International Space Station. Our Pro-Start Management Team will be heading to the National competition in Baltimore, Maryland in May after an amazing performance last month in Foxboro. So not only is Spring springing but the Cougars are on the prowl!
Please enjoy this month’s edition of the Newsletter where we highlight all the exciting goings-on at Old Colony.
Sincerely,
Mr. Linehan
