Integral to the Fly Five curriculum are five research-based C.A.R.E.S. competencies:

Cooperation, assertiveness, responsibility, empathy, and self-control. Inside this curriculum sample, you will find everything you need to implement a lesson on the C.A.R.E.S. competency of cooperation, and the accompanying standard “ability to resolve differences quickly.”

We have also included our extensive curriculum components that make learning flexible, engaging, and fun.

Utilize the Teacher’s Lesson Guide and Teacher Resource to thoroughly prepare for the lesson.

Download and print the Student Journal pages for student use, and project supplementary materials during the lesson as needed to enhance understanding and engagement.

We hope this sample lesson offers a window into what makes Fly Five a high-quality curriculum, with step-by-step instructions and comprehensive support for effective instruction.
