- Read to Toby and Me! All ages like to read to the dog.
- Get in your 20 minutes a day
- I give immediate correction and lots of praise and encouragement
My background consists of 30+ years directing school plays and musicals, teaching Language Arts, promoting reading as a school librarian, and helping students develop lifelong skills for using information and ideas wisely and responsibly.
My foreground is, well, you. You're the star of your own journey. We learn together. What sets me apart is my willingness to be transparent. I don’t pretend to know it all. Love of learning itself, understanding how we learn (metacognition), and modeling that for students is my niche.
