Why We Chose This Image

We decided that this image perfectly represented the skill of active listening because it illustrates two women sitting together having a conversation. One appears to be talking while the other is sitting in silence, making direct eye contact with the other. Active listening is the practice of being fully present and engaged when the other person is speaking.
