STARTING UP

Place the engine throttle lever in the idle position (ensure that the remote engine stop button is properly set to position "1"). ● Move the choke lever to the closed position (if necessary > do not use the choke when the engine is warm or when the atmospheric temperature is high). ● Start the engine, let it idle for a moment until the speed stabilises and the engine warms up. When the engine starts to warm up, gradually move the choke lever to the open position. ● Once the engine is warm, increase the engine speed by pushing the throttle lever to the maximum stop (factory setting).

STOP

● Reduce the engine speed by bringing the throttle lever to the slow position (or low speed). ● Stop the engine by turning the remote stop switch of the engine Rep.① to one of the two positions "0

The selection of the rotation direction of the key is made using the rotary lever Rep.① located on the front of the machine head. Turn the rotary lever to the desired position, ensuring that the lever falls into a notch. The engagement will occur automatically with a slight action on the clutch arm Rep.②. The right and left positions correspond to the neutral position (no rotation direction selected), the upper position corresponds to unscrewing and the lower position corresponds to screwing. NOTE : do not press the clutch arm during the rotation phase of the lever, otherwise the reversing device cannot function.

The speed change is made by tilting the lever Rep.③ in the desired direction: - tilt the lever forward for slow speed. - tilt the lever backward for fast speed. Release the clutch lever before any speed change. Never change speed with a bolt or screw engaged in the key. The lever must be tilted to the stop without ever forcing it. Engagement will occur automatically with a slight action on the clutch lever Rep.②. .

SPEED CHANGE

The torque setting of the machine can be adjusted to adapt the screw machine to different types of tasks to be performed. A needle indicates on a graduated dial the torque applied to the screw. It deviates proportionally to the pressure exerted on the clutch. . LIMIT TORQUE: - Manipulate the torque locking finger by pulling it to rotate it to the lower position Rep.Ⓐ - Adjust the adjustable knob of the torque limiter Rep.① to limit the needle's movement to the desired torque value. Thus, the needle will follow the movement of the control arm without exceeding the set torque TIGHTEN the knob Rep.① to DECREASE the torque LOOSEN the knob Rep.① to INCREASE the torque - The device is designed so that one full turn of the needle corresponds to the maximum power of the machine. No more power can be obtained if the knob Rep.① is excessively loosened.

TORQUE LIMITER GIFT

UNLIMITED TORQUE: (only unscrewing) The torque limiting device is designed in such a way that it is possible to achieve the maximum torque of the machine by simply rotating the stop nut of the limiter half a turn. Manipulate the torque locking finger by pulling it to rotate it to the upper position Rep.Ⓑ
