Enxertos Sintéticos – LARS

Osteoartrite do joelho inferior ao grau III, segundo a Classificação de Kellgren-Lawrence.

Lesões condrais de grau ≤ 2, conforme a Classificação de Outerbridge.

Pacientes que realizaram reconstrução do LCA utilizando o sistema LARS entre 1º de janeiro de 2004 e 30 de dezembro de 2010.

critérios de inclusão

Histórico de trauma no joelho contralateral, o que poderia afetar a avaliação comparativa da recuperação do paciente.

Histórico de cirurgias prévias no joelho, excluindo pacientes que já haviam sido operados por outras razões.

Lesões múltiplas de ligamentos do joelho, exceto lesões do ligamento colateral medial (LCM) que não necessitaram de cirurgia.

Cirurgias de revisão do LCA, ou seja, pacientes que já haviam sido submetidos a uma reconstrução prévia.
