Louis le prince
Louis Le Prince is considered the first ever inventor of an early motion-picture camera. The “Roundhay Garden Scene” was recorded in Leeds, England on 14 October 1888.

Video cameras have been an invention that's really important and present in our lives. It helped us to keep information about years ago to discover how people lived at that time. It also helped with the creation of movies which is another form of expression. Also, with this project we have seen, that in those eras video cameras were only created for cinema and TV. It's a big contrast with the use that we currently give them.

William Kennedy, Laurie Dickson and Thomas Edison
- A motion picture camera was invented in 1891. The method was called Kinetograph.
- Thomas Edison, and his two assistents, William Kennedy and Laurie Dickson, were the inventors.
- They also developed a way for projecting the photos and videos.
The first ever video camera
- The first video camera was created by Louis Le prince , the year 1888.
- It was designed like a box, and inside it had all the mecanisms.
- The first video that he filmed was a video of his family.
Sony Corporation
- In 1980, a breakthrought was made by Sonny's corporation.
- A video camera called, Betamovie, was developed. It combined a camera and videocassette recorder into a single handheld device.
- The vision of videocameras changed.
