lasagna.
- 12 sheets of lasagna pasta.
- 500 g of minced meat.
- 700 g of tomato pure.
- 1 onion.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 100 g of grated parmesan.
- 500 g of béchamel.
- 50 g of butter.
- 1 glass of red wine (optional).
- salt and pepper to taste.
- olive oil to taste.
ingredients.
Bake: Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, until the surface is golden.
Compose the lasagna: In a baking pan, place a layer of ragù, then a layer of pasta, a little béchamel sauce and parmesan. Repeat until you finish the ingredients.
Prepare the ragù: Cook the meat in a pan with a little oil. Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
