  • 12 sheets of lasagna pasta.
  • 500 g of minced meat.
  • 700 g of tomato pure.
  • 1 onion.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 100 g of grated parmesan.
  • 500 g of béchamel.
  • 50 g of butter.
  • 1 glass of red wine (optional).
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • olive oil to taste.

Bake: Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, until the surface is golden.

Compose the lasagna: In a baking pan, place a layer of ragù, then a layer of pasta, a little béchamel sauce and parmesan. Repeat until you finish the ingredients.
