Spine Label Poetry is a type of found poetry: you have to go looking for it!
Start with one engaging title
Find other titles to combine with the first book
Organize the books into a stack that shows your poem!

Work on your own or partners, browse shelves (and the cart, as more books get added)
Use Destiny, the library catalog, to find specific words)
Find a book with a title you like or that grabs
Play! Find 4-6 additional books. You will have 15 minutes to gather books.
The message can be serious, silly, sad, or sweet---whatever you like! Take a picture!
Upload your picture to the assignment in Schoology!
Please place your books on the cart when you have finished using them
