You are writing using formal tone (no apostrophes for contraction, formal language) to outline the key news that Stanley has been arrested and sentenced to Camp Green Lake. Consdier using information about his personality and situation from the grids you used earlier, as this contians a lot of the information you need to share. For your example discuss the arrest, sentencinga nd where he is now, including what it is like. Consider the 5W's as a great starting point for this. E.g.
