Replacement of the starting cord
❶ Carefully push with a screwdriver or appropriate pliers to release clip Rep.④ from axle Rep.②. ❷ Carefully remove cable pulley Rep.⑥ with the washer Rep.⑤ and the ratchets Rep. ③ ❸ Using a screwdriver, release the cable from the handle of the starter Rep.⑦. ❹ Remove any remaining cable pieces from the cable pulley Rep.⑥ and from the starter handle Rep.⑦.

❺ Thread the new launch cable through the launch handle and tie a special knot at its end. Pull the knot into the launch handle. ❻ Insert the end of the cable from the top, through the cable guide socket Rep. ⑧ and the cable pulley Rep. ⑥ and secure it with a simple knot. ❼ Moisten the bearing bore of the cable pulley with resin-free oil. ❽ Slide the cable pulley onto the shaft Rep. ②, play it slightly until the eyelet of the return spring clicks into place. ❾ Reinsert the ratchets Rep. ③ into the pulley and slide the washer Rep. ⑤ onto the shaft Rep. ②. ❿ Using a screwdriver or appropriate pliers, push the clip Rep. ④ onto the shaft and over the ratchet's nipple, the clip must be oriented clockwise.

A clogged filtration system can lead to the following problems: * Abnormal fuel consumption * Engine starting issues. * A decrease in engine power. * Premature engine wear At the end of each working day: Unscrew the screw Rep. ③ and remove the cover of the filter Rep. ④, the captive screw is retained in the filter cover. Roughly clean the inside face of the filter cover Rep. ④ and the area around the filter. Remove and check the air filter Rep. ⑤; if it is clogged or damaged, replace it.

To replace the air filter, proceed as follows: Unscrew the screw Rep.3 and remove the air filter cover Rep. ④ Replace the damaged filter with a new filter Rep. ⑤ Reattach the filter cover Rep. ⑥ Screw in and tighten the screws Rep. ③
