Sustainable garden

• It's in the center of Singapore
• The park officially opened on June 29, 2012.
• Grant Associates and Gustafson porter won the best project

The park has two main gardens:

• Bay South Garden: It is the largest garden, with the famous Supertree Grove and two big greenhouses, the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.

• Bay Central Garden: It connects the other two gardens with a 3 km long waterfront pathway.

• Bay east Garden: Has 2 km with a causeway and a beautiful view of the city.

It has many eco-friendly features:

• Supertrees: These tall tree-like structures have solar panels to collect energy from the sun. This energy helps cool the park.

• Greenhouses: The Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are built to save energy. They use glass to let in light but keep out heat and use cold water to stay cool.
