What is a Needs Assessment?

A needs assessment is a process for determining and adressing gaps between current knowledge and desired knowledge.

Why is this necessary? Implementing these can allow us to learn about gaps in our own trainings and develop trainings specifically based off of our sales team needs. By knowing the needs of others, we can directly implement knowledge, skills, and behaviors to adress the gaps.
