Cause
She fights to guarantee access to safe and fresh water for Indigenous communities in Canada. Her activism brings attention to the water crisis affecting many communities around the world.
'Impact and Future Goals
Through her activism,Peltier has brought international attention to the challenges indigenous communities face in accessing clean water. Her main goal is to ensure that all communities have access to fresh water and toinspire young people to take action in environmental advocacy.
