The Local Government takes care of cities and towns, making sure communities run smoothly. It is responsible for important services like police and fire departments, public schools, libraries, and parks. Local governments also fix roads, collect trash, and make sure neighborhoods are safe and clean. Leaders like mayors and city councils make decisions that help improve daily life in their communities.
State Government
The state government is in the middle, creating laws and policie s that apply to the people within its state.
The State Government makes rules and laws that apply to the entire state. It is responsible for maintaining state highways, running state parks, and making sure schools follow education laws. State governments also help with public safety, health services, and businesses. The governor is the leader of the state and works with other state officials to take care of the people who live there.
