Teach de Broc is a four-star family-run guesthouse managed by the owners and their two sons, Dermot and Cian Brock, who were my tutors during my internship. The hotel overlooks the stunning Ballybunion golf courses.

What skills I've acquired

Organise work to carry out different tasks in the best way possible and in the shortest time possible.

Meet imposed deadlines and manage work independently.
