Teamwork is related to the behaviors that people display in work groups that seek to achieve a common goal. The student who is part of a work group has to develop social and communicational skills, which will allow him/her to develop effectively within the group to help it achieve the common goals.
Ensures the integration of all team members and the fulfillment of tasks in any type of professional context.
One of the positive aspects that I took away with me was that I was able to strengthen teamwork, since it was the first time I worked with the team and I was able to increase our efficiency as a team, in the sense of being responsible and delivering quality work.
It contributes from the disciplinary framework in the development and consolidation of the team, provides flexibility, creativity and facilitates communication in search of group cohesion.
Participates respectfully and responsibly in groups for the achievement of common objectives.

Teamwork
Along with this, the development of empathetic, cohesive and guiding attitudes, promoted by teamwork, responds to the Catholic University's quest to form an authentically human community. Its development does not consist only in grouping students and expecting them to work towards a common goal; it requires intentional learning activities, structured and guided by the professor.
