Categories
You can view or add tags to students which allows to see things like Merit Scholar recipients (if added manually), Veteran, and more! You can also create new tags if needed.

History Tab
Click on the image to expand the example of an appointment summary and how it appears in the student history tab. The History Tab in a Student Profile gives you access to the following:
- Student To Do List items
- Appointment Summaries (Reports)
- Notes
- Progress Reports (Alerts)
- Self Alerts (Hand Raise)

Options Menu
Advisors can use the Options menu on the right-hand side to do certain actions like:
- Message a student directly
- Add a general note to student's profile
- Add a to-do list item for a student
- Report on an appointment (appointment summary)
- Schedule an appointment on behalf of a student
- Add student to a Student List
Below the "Options" menu, staff will see any Current Alerts, General Student Info (ID #, DOB, Address, Email), and a Student's "Success Team" which typically includes:
- A student's general/ professional advisor
- faculty advisor/ mentor
- Current semester instructors
- Special populations advisors (TRIO, Promise, Veterans, etc.)
The "Courses" tab lets you review a student's semester schedule, access their professors, view an unofficial transcript, and see prior credits and placement scores. It's designed to keep you informed about the student's academic history all on one page.
