- They sell different types of bread, you can choose between a 6 inch and a footlong.
- The company aim to provide health food options.
- People that want to buy a sandwich made freshly made quickly.

- Specific- To make it more quick
- Measurable- How quickly Subway can make the sandwich.
- Achievable- Subway would be able to analyse how the time period is between making the sandwich and then serving it to the customer.
- Relevant- Introducing a self scan in order for the workers to focus more on sandwiches
- Time Based- Quick turn around for customers
