Our People & Culture Team
Our People & Culture team is committed to creating a positive and supportive workplace where everyone can thrive. We will be on hand to support you with delivering your team objectives with a dedicated People Partner to support your area within Thrive. The team ensures that Thrive remains a great place to work by supporting colleagues at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to career growth. We provide support and guidance on recruitment, colleague wellbeing, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and fostering a strong workplace culture.
Once you join Thrive Homes you will have an introductory meeting with your People Partner, and regular meetings throughout your time at Thrive to support your area.

Manages the People & Culture team to ensure they deliver their objectives contributing to the success of the business. Developing, delivering and embedding a variety of people initiatives, including leading on EDI.
Your point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team supporting and coaching you to successfully manage change in your teams including complex matters and consultations.
Leads the People & Culture Team to deliver against the Great Place to Work ambition within the Strategic Framework. Provides operational leadership, championing and motivating strong performance, whilst fostering a positive, inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.

We've currently had 30% of the business complete the training and are continuing to develop and grow our efforts in ensuring Thrive is a brilliant, inclusive and welcoming environment for all our colleagues and our to our customers.

Thrive has been working with Investors in People for many years and is really proud of maintaining our Gold status for both overall Investors in People accreditation AND Investors in People Wellbeing. We are so proud of the work we do to make Thrive a great place to work and are regularly blown away with the sentiment and engagement of our colleagues. These accreditations are something we are truly proud of and show off how much of a considerate, forward-thinking and engaging workplace we are. We know we have areas to continue to develop and grow but we are incredibly proud of our journey so far and where we are going in the future
