Sustainable Urban Develpoment (SUD) according to European principles is directed to the economic, ecological, climatic, social and demographic challenges of urban area. Design of innovative Strategy integrates priority investments, thematic goals and different sources of funding.

Support of proposed solutions, which are place-based and integrated, enables interconnected and cross-sectoral responses to urban challenges, protection and improvement of urban development.
Multi-sector approach
The project’s strong collaboration between authorites, stakeholders and residents demonstrates the model of development policy that can be adapted and replicated in other EU cities

30 members of the interdisciplinary working group, 15 members of the City Development Council , 18 members of the national and international expert support and stakeholders were actively involved since the start of the project.
