Install the trolley on the track using the 2 handles positioned at each end Rep.①. (if the ground is sloped, provide a person to hold it in place). If the transfer trolley is not equipped with an automatic braking device (optional), it must be secured (wedged) once positioned on the railway track.

To prevent the transfer cart from drifting on its own and potentially injuring someone in case of a collision. Secure the Rep.⑤ trolley on the side of the rail where the machine is to be positioned by lowering the clamping cam Rep ③.

Setting up the machine on the trolley
After positioning the trolley on the track and securing it with a wedge or using its Auto-brake system.
Lock the slider with the locking lever Rep.③ on the side of the track where the machine will be set up.
Lift the machine.
Gently place the machine on the ball joint of the trolley Rep.④, ensuring that the trolley support Rep.⑥ is not overhanging the ears of the ball joint Rep.②.
Place the insertion tool on the ground to anchor the machine and prevent it from drifting.
