What is Posture?
Your posture is the natural way you hold your body. It's the position your body's in while you're sitting and moving. Your musculoskeletal system maintains your posture. Muscles, ligaments, and tendons work with joints throughout your body to control your position at all times.

Speaking
Pay attention to how quickly or slowly you are speaking. Effective speakers talk at a pace that makes it easy for the audience to understand what they’re saying.
Speed
Pay attention to how loud or soft you are speaking. Effective speakers talk at a volume that makes it easy for the audience to hear what they’re saying but avoid shouting or whispering.
Volume
Pay attention to what words you are emphasizing when you speak. Effective speakers draw attention to important words and phrases, which makes your speech more interesting and compelling!
Emphasis
Pay attention to when you are taking a break to pause. Effective speakers take time to collect their thoughts and leave room for moments of quiet.

(Building Experience)
There's no magic wand to help reduce speech anxiety, however you have control over your choices.
- Practice. If you know the content inside and out, that will help boost your confidence and reduce your stress and anxiety.
Gradual Progression of Practice
Read your speech to the perfect listening audience: yourself in the mirror, your stuffies, your dog, etc.
Soft Start
Read your speech to people who love and support you: your friends, your family, a trusted teacher, etc.
Minimal Distractions
Add in quiet distractions while you practice your speech: play music or the tv quietly, have your siblings play quietly in the background, etc.
Medium Distractions
Practice being unfazed by extreme distractions, if you can focus on your speech in a loud park for example, you'll be able to do it in a quiet classroom no problem.
Chaotic Distractions
