I spend too much time playing video games on my smartphone. I really like the game called "Brawl Stars", it's my favourite.

I play this game once a day for one hour.

The effects of my bad digital habit

I don't get some fresh air

Playing video games makes me nervousI am less patient

My eyes are tired

My SOLUTIONS TO REDUCE my screen time

Instead of playing one hour a day, I want to try to play only 30 minutes a day. Instead of losing my time on video games, I want to see my friends at the park and get some fresh air.

  • Video games : 30 min a day
  • Play with my friends outside : 1 hour a day
  • Read books : 1 hour a day

Instead of watching my phone, I also want to read books and play with my cat.
